By accessing or using the BFUHS Guest House Booking System, users acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
Submission of a booking request through the online system shall not automatically create any right or guarantee of room allotment. All booking requests remain subject to room availability, verification of information and administrative approval.
Users shall be responsible for providing accurate, complete and valid information during the booking process. Submission of inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or false information may result in cancellation, rejection or suspension of booking requests without prior notice.
Users may be required to provide valid identification documents for verification purposes at the time of booking and/or check-in. BFUHS reserves the right to deny accommodation if identification requirements are not fulfilled.
Payments, where applicable, shall be processed through authorized payment channels. BFUHS shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, duplicate transactions, banking issues, technical failures or other events beyond reasonable control.
BFUHS reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, suspend, reschedule or cancel any booking request at its sole discretion for administrative, operational, security, legal or technical reasons without creating any obligation or liability.
While reasonable efforts may be made to ensure uninterrupted availability of the website and services, BFUHS does not provide any representation or warranty regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation or availability at all times.
BFUHS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use, inability to use, delay in service, technical issues or reliance upon information provided through this system.
BFUHS reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Guest House Booking System after such changes shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.
Any matter relating to use of this website shall be governed by applicable laws and subject to jurisdiction of competent courts as applicable.
